About me…
I have a degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University and have successfully completed the certificate program in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS). As a Health and Safety Specialist for the past 10 years, I have developed customized health and safety programs in accordance with government legislation in several industries including industrial establishments, surface mining and construction. In addition to my health and safety experience, I have held the position of senior operations/facility manager for a manufacturing firm (100+ staff), servicing North American industries.
My Business Philosophy:
I am very passionate about health and safety in the workplace and speak and act from the heart. I utilize a hands-on, team based approach where health and safety success is measured using business-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI). I will work with you to internalize health and safety values within your organization and to develop a corporate culture where health and safety responsibilities are shared by every employee in your organization.
